TOEFL iBT 4.5 (讀 4.0 聽 4.0 說 4.0 寫 4.0 不接受 Home Edition) 或 TOEFL iBT 80 (讀 20 聽 20 說 20 寫 20 不接受 Home Edition) 或 IELTS 6.5 (聽 6.0 讀 6.0 寫 6.0 說 6.0)。

The academic year at Durham University follows a term system with 3 terms per year. Examinations are mostly held at the end of each academic year only.

Students should be aware that classes within the English department are very limited. We cannot guarantee acceptance into the English department.

Check if you need a UK visa

The Orientation Session is held on the Friday morning before Induction Week. Students will join their College's Freshers' activities together with the degree students during induction week.

The normal workload for a full-time student is 120 Durham credits per academic year. This normally equates to 6 modules per academic year at 20 credits each.

【住宿資訊】

from non-European partners are guaranteed a place in one of the residential colleges of the University if they apply for the programme by the deadline. Students opt for

college accommodation

on the application form. Students will be notified of their college via e-mail. The college will then contact the student with further details prior to arrival.
